Once we agree on the deadline and the best package via email, we'll send you a form to fill out. This form covers the important bits about your book: the summary, characters, themes, and your design ideas. You'll get the first cover proposal in 10-20 days. If you're not into it, no worries! We'll ask for more details (maybe some examples) and create a new idea or a totally different concept for the second proposal. But if that doesn't hit the mark either, we might not be the right fit, and we'll cancel the project without charging you. Hopefully, you'll love our work, and we can tweak it until it's just right. Our regular package includes up to 4 rounds of significant revisions and unlimited minor tweaks.

The timeline varies based on the complexity of the project. Typically, initial concepts are delivered within 1-2 weeks. Revisions and finalization can take an additional 1-2 weeks, ensuring a polished end product.

There's no need to wait! Even with an approximate page count, we can manage the eBook + print package. But it's important to have the final trim size of your paperback book in order for us to create the general look for the print cover. Once we have the final page count and blurb, it's easy to adjust the spine width and back cover text.

We offer a range of promotional materials including Facebook covers, Twitter banners, Instagram posts, teasers, and various swag items like bookmarks, posters, and roll-up banners. You can order these separately at any time.
